If an item arrives damaged or differs from the recorded selection, contact support@myceliumroom.shop with the reference before starting it. Keep the packaging and follow any item-specific storage instructions.

Ask for return instructions before sending a growing block or used misting tool. Living material and opened growing kits need individual handling, so do not post them to an unconfirmed destination.
